Upper Nyack is a village located in the town of Clarkstown in Rockland County, New York. It is located along the Hudson River and is about 30 miles from New York City.

Upper Nyack has a population of more than 1,800 residents. The village has a total land area of 4.2 square miles with 2.9 square miles of water. The village is located at an elevation of 190 feet above sea level. Upper Nyack is home to the Nyack Beach State Park and Nyack High School.
